Article 1: All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights

.

E In Italia? Chiediamoci, 61 anni dopo, quanto abbia senso considerarci tra i Paesi ‘civili’ ensuring equality of dignity, rights and protection for every human being as the Declaration states that implemented by Charter of Fundamental Rights , is in fact merged in 2004 in Europe Constitution to which we belong.

Everyone reads the statement, " has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state " (art. 13), " has the right to seek and enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution "(art. 14)," has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion "(Article 19)," he right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control "(art. 25)," entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized "(Article 28).
And, above all, " All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood "(Article 1).

shared word for everyone, which provide the minimum rights of every individual is coming out strongly ... Yet outside, in the latter period, an Italy increasingly xenophobic and racist, properly represented by a Government that has made the security package, almost spaces for migrants, their struggle to the front of the evils that afflict the country. In the North the most uneducated and reactionary, a stronghold of the League, the problem is or is not better than the mafia that still has power over choking half the country, but the foreigner, the poor guy who lands here, malnourished and desperate, a danger to the traditions, work, security of citizens.

And here comes the ' rejections' of migrants coming from the sea, thrown by force into the arms of reluctant to forgive the killers escape. Little significance for the public, that most of them arrive in Italy by land from eastern Europe. And here is to establish the crime of illegal immigration . While in Milan 's Ambrogino , the highest honor the city, goes to the core public transport brigade, who specialize in hunting down illegal at bus stops.
All with the approval of the Minister of Interior Roberto Maroni and his supreme leader Umberto Bossi and of course, the Prime Minister Berlusconi.

A real apartheid which already has a few months later, its catastrophic consequences. At work
black : no longer willing to denounce illegal exploitation by his employer. Doing so would amount to illegal immigrants for un'autodenuncia with all the consequences. So rampant, unpunished, the exploitation of man by man.
health: health workers report a decrease of 20% of requests by the irregular, fearful of a complaint to their state of secrecy. The result is the blossoming of a 'health' and uneven parallel, without supervision, and a considerable impact on the health of all citizens and the coffers of the National Health System. But maybe someone
Recalls Articles 13, 14, 19 and 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights? Then we could talk about

religious freedom (or a-religious), as a recent ruling by the European Court of Human Rights has said no to the crucifix in classrooms in order to preserve the diversity and choices of faith of every citizen. What about a minister of the Republic, Ignazio La Russa, who said on television screaming "They can die (MEPs in Strasbourg, ed) but the cross will remain in all classrooms in all public classrooms! ? And of all the municipal ordinances - spread from south to north of the peninsula - salted establishing fines for those who dare to remove the crucifixes from the classrooms?
