Dedalus, MIT, Comitato per i Diritti Civili delle Prostitute, Consorzio Nova, ASGI ed al quale hanno partecipato complessivamente 26 enti di cui 23 che gestiscono direttamente unità di strada di intervento sociale nella prostituzione.
