Rome 05.07.2009. At a distance of two months from March 8 and the solemn ceremony in the Capitol with unanimous approval of the resolution committing the City of Rome to a civil in all cases of rape against women commessi a Roma, il Comune "perde" il primo appuntamento. Questa mattina, nel procedimento per lo stupro di gruppo contro due cittadine olandesi, avvenuto a ponte Galeria, il Comune non si è costituito parte Civile. Non sappiamo se sia « incompetenza » da parte dell’avvocatura - alla quale la Consigliera Monica Cirinnà aveva proposto di avvalersi delle competenze delle avvocate delle associazioni - quel che è certo è il risultato : mancata costituzione di parte civile del Comune. Se di errore si tratta, vogliamo sapere come sia stato possibile commetterlo. Può l’avvocatura del Comune corrispondere alle assunzioni solenni di impegno, trascurando di intervenire secondo le norme della Procedura ? In quali mani è stato put the task of protecting the community?
